Class 1
& Class 2 - Scout and Adults under 40 yrs old; good
for 3 years, not
for high adventure or Lost Lake summer camp. Must update yearly.
Class 3 - Adults 40 yrs. old and above, high adventure youth and jamborees, good for one year.
Class 3 - Adults 40 yrs. old and above, high adventure youth and jamborees, good for one year.
Forms required for Summer Camp are; Camper Release, Health Form, Medication.
